Every piece ships from Belgium, fully insured, with its certificate of authenticity in the box.
Free shipping worldwide over €150. Below €150, shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and method.
Dispatch
Orders are packed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier.

For higher-value pieces we prefer DHL Express, which usually clears customs faster. If you need a piece by a specific date, mention it in the order notes and we will pick the fastest available method.
Insurance
Every shipment is fully insured for the declared sale value, included in the shipping cost. If a piece is lost or damaged in transit, you receive a full refund or, where possible, a comparable replacement.
Customs and duties
Within the EU, no customs apply. UK orders may incur VAT and a handling fee on entry. US orders are subject to import duties, payable by the buyer on delivery. Rest-of-world buyers are responsible for any local import duties or taxes.
Packaging
Each piece ships in a presentation showcase inside a wooden display box, with secure protective packing and its certificate of authenticity. The outer parcel is plain and discreet, with no Aurora branding visible.
