Standard guarantee
Every piece is covered by Aurora's Lifetime Authenticity Guarantee, described in full on the Provenance and Authenticity page. The window below is separate, and covers ordinary buyer's remorse.
Return window
You have 30 days from delivery to return any piece for a full refund of the item price. The piece must come back in the condition it left, with its certificate and packaging. Return rates are low, and we want them to stay that way, so we encourage you to ask any question before you buy.
How returns work
- Email auroraantiqua@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.
- We send you a tracked, insured return label. Within the EU, Aurora covers return shipping. Outside the EU, the buyer covers return shipping; we will quote it before you commit.
- Once the piece is back and inspected, we refund the original payment method within 3 business days.
