This is one of my favorite stores on Etsy, anywhere for that matter. This ring is spectacular, an exceptional example of the type in use during the Roman Empire and an amazing piece of history. The packaging the ring was delivered in was beautiful and appropriate to the piece and speaks to the care and attention to detail that owner invests in his work. The inventory at Aurora Antiqua is second-to-none and the customer service from the store owner is just world class. My highest recommendation!

The piece I purchased is amazing! It is one of a kind, perfect for my daughter's Doctoral Graduation. The problem I had was with the shipping. I got a notification that it had been delivered when, in fact it had not. I was wild thinking someone stole it! When I inquired as to it's whereabouts I got an email from Jakob saying it was actually held up in customs, with a link. It was sent to Jakob not me to pay £69.25 basically a random for delivery. Then my daughter was sent a letter saying since he didn't pay, she would have to pay for her own gift or they would send it back to the seller. I paid the ransom but never heard back from Jakob, the seller. I guess he doesn't care if I received it? Very strange. Make sure you ask about hidden fees!
