Description
This medieval bronze signet ring features a small oval bezel engraved with a stylized bird shown in profile. The schematic design uses simple incised lines to suggest wings or feathers, intended to remain legible when pressed into wax. A narrow engraved border frames the bezel, and the solid hoop tapers gently toward the back, showing clear hand worked manufacture. The surface displays a stable green brown patina consistent with age.
