This ancient bronze finger ring, named "Transitus," dates between the late Roman Empire and the early Middle Ages (c. 2nd-7th century AD). The navette-shaped bezel with broad shoulders and incised abstract line work reflect a long-lived tradition of personal adornment-bridging the worlds of late Rome and the Migration Period. The heavy pale patina and robust bronze composition confirm its authenticity and long burial history.
